Overview
Marking the Moment sees Walker use imagery sourced from prints in the collections of the British Museum and Rijksmuseum to make small drawings. Each work is of the complete scene from the original, that Walker then covers the majority of with mylar, obscuring the picture and leaving only the Black figure revealed.
